Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin that is important for blood clotting and that contributes to a healthy heart, bones and immune system. 1) Vitamin K2 is a fatsoluble vitamin,it is needed to manufacture prothrombin, a substance essential for the normal clotting of blood.
